UF and Kyungpook National University Sign Letter of Intent

The University of Florida AI²Center recently welcomed representatives from Kyungpook National University to sign a Letter of Intent, marking the beginning of a promising partnership. The KNU delegation included Dr. Dong Seog Han, Vice President for Research; Dr. Hak Yi, Vice Dean of International Affairs; and Dr. Hyun Soo Ra, Assistant Professor, School of Electronics Engineering. Dr. Hans van Oostrom and Mackenzie Donovan represented the University of Florida at the signing.

The agreement is intended to establish opportunities for future collaboration between the two universities in Artificial Intelligence-related research, education, and innovation. The partnership builds on an existing UF–KNU relationship in agriculture and could create new opportunities for faculty and student collaboration in emerging technologies.
