UFIC’s Sara Williams Contributes to Make Workday Easier

A big thank-you to Sara Williams, HR Manager at the UF International Center, whose proactive resourcefulness helped inspire the expansion of UF’s Workday Glossary. The new resource brings HCM and Finance terminology together in one convenient Excel file, making it easier for staff to navigate Workday terminology and processes.

Sara is part of the Empowering UF Change Agent Network, which comprises a community of UF employees selected to represent units and colleges and champion the university’s transition to Workday in July 2027. Change Agents will help foster communication, increase awareness, solicit feedback, provide support, build readiness, and drive buy-in among their colleagues.
