During the past few years, international education has been in flux. This is due to a variety of factors, including a fraction of Americans who are skeptical of global initiatives, the pandemic, and students' academic and and career ambitions.
Despite recent positive changes, it is still critical for staff and faculty to understand how to deal with the various changes that are occurring. They need to know how to address issues such as burnout and shifting dynamics in career goals. An upcoming Chronicle Virtual Forum will break down how educators in this field can address burnout, as well as revisit their career goals.
