As a US Fulbright Specialist, Dr. Karen Reed, RN, collaborated with the Faculty of Nursing at Vin University in Hanoi, Vietnam for a 5-week period Summer 2023. What started out as one project soon developed into three with all making a potential impact on the health and well-being of Vietnam's people. J
