To mark the occasion of Prof. Nancy Rose Hunt’s retirement from the University of Florida, The Center for African Studies and the Department of History celebrate the vibrancy of the African historical research community that Prof. Hunt has nurtured at UF. This event will feature presentations by seven current graduate students in African history, whose diverse research evidences the strength of African historical research at the University of Florida. This will be followed by a reception in Grinter 427
