One of the world's most popular soccer clubs, Clube de Regatas do Flamengo, is coming to train in Florida. Their first training camp site is Gainesville, Fla.
Flamengo trains at University of Florida facilities beginning Jan. 11. One training session is free and open to the public on January 14 at 5 p.m. at the Ben Hill Griffin Stadium (gates open at 4 p.m.)
Fans can enter Ben Hill Griffin Stadium at Gate 1 or 18 for the Jan. 14 training session. Parking is available in the O'Connell Center parking garage.
Flamengo players will sign autographs and meet with fans at the conclusion of Tuesday's training session.
