Linkage Award Processing
Effective Spring 2026, the International Center is no longer involved in waiver processing for Linkage awards.
UF students must submit their award documentation online directly to the UF Bursar’s Office to request a temporary in-state designation for tuition purposes. The Bursar’s Office will receive and review the information directly from the student, validate enrollment after drop/add, and confirm that a qualifying scholarship has been awarded.
Please visit the Bursar’s webpage at https://cfo.ufl.edu/student-financial-resources/current-and-former-students/waivers/ and review the information under State-Authorized Waivers, then Linkage Institute, for details on how to submit award documentation and who to contact with questions.
Going forward, students will not need to take any additional action beyond maintaining full-time enrollment and ensuring the Bursar’s Office has current documentation. We recommend titling your email based on the award period for the Linkage award and including your UFID number in the body of the email.
If you have questions about a Linkage award or eligibility, please visit the managing institution’s website using the link below to find contact information and reach out to the appropriate institution directly with specific questions or concerns.
