The workshop will consist of an overview on implicit bias by Dr. James Estrada. The short overview will be followed by a lively panelist discussion with Dr. Estrada and guests on topics such as implicit bias insights and minimizing implicit bias in the hiring process and throughout the workplace.
Participants are encouraged to take one (or more!) of the association tests offered by Project Implicit before attending the workshop, specifically the ‘Gender-Career IAT’.
