The Office of Global Learning (OGL) is excited to announce a new professional development program offering, the Intercultural Leadership Institute!
The Intercultural Leadership Institute is a semester-long professional development program to help you: (1) develop your own intercultural competence, and (2) learn how to design and facilitate intercultural learning, so that you can be a more effective educator and integrate intercultural learning into courses, programming, or other aspects of your work. The OGL will offer this program in Fall 2024 for a select cohort of faculty and staff who propose an idea for immediate incorporation of intercultural learning into their work with students, colleagues, or other learners. The program fee of $2,500 per participant will be covered by the OGL for the applicants who are selected for this opportunity.
