The purpose of this book is to improve overall organizational management capacities of NGOs (nonprofits) within a strategic framework in countries across the globe. As the primary author Dr. K wrote 15 of the book's 19 chapter and contributed to three other chapters, each focusing on a vital management function to enhance operational efficiency organizational and effectiveness in the NGO sector.
The book was launched on February 3 at the Jaipur International Lecture Festival (known as the 'greatest library show on Earth': https://jaipurliteraturefestival.org/), India where Dr. Muthusami Kumaran was an invited speaker, followed by book-signing events and presentations in two major cities of New Delhi and Chennai.
