The International Center is pleased to announce the Inaugural Virtual Exchange / COIL for Administrative UF Staff in Collaboration with CEU in Valencia, Spain!

UF and CEU participants will contribute their interests and professional experience in their fields, share best practices, and discuss creative ways to implement improvement projects at the end of the program.

This unique bilingual pilot program is set to start in February 15, and designed to culminate with project presentations in May, 2024.

Dr. Muthusami Kumaran (aka. Dr. K) has just published his book "Managing A Million Missions: Strategic Capacity Building for Non-Governmental Organizations." The purpose of this book is to improve overall organizational management capacities of NGOs (nonprofits) within a strategic framework in countries across the globe. As the primary author Dr. K wrote 15 of the book's 19 chapter and contributed to three other chapters, each focusing on a vital management function to enhance operational efficiency organizational and effectiveness in the NGO sector.

The Study Abroad Leadership Program (SALP) is a semester-long program that provides a cohort of 5-10 UF faculty with the training, tools, and funding to develop new and innovative faculty-led summer study abroad programs. Any faculty member with an idea for a new study abroad program that helps us meet this objective is encouraged to apply.
