It will be given by Jim Suits, Senior Advisor for Program Operations, USDA Foreign Agricultural Service (FAS). Suits supports USDA’s trade capacity-building programs by advising on best practices for managing a portfolio of over $1 billion annually. His work involves streamlining project management procedures and employing diverse instruments to adapt to an ever-evolving mandate.
