The Global Learning Institute equips faculty with tools to internationalize their courses through engagement with campus resources, technology, and collaboration with other faculty members who share a commitment to global learning. Upon completion of the program, faculty receive an award of $5,000 in professional development funds.

This year the Global Learning Institute participants include a very select group of faculty members from a variety of disciplines. Despite their diverse disciplinary backgrounds, they all share a strong commitment to helping UF students understand the complexities of a highly globalized world, and to function competently and responsibly in that context.
