Will you be studying abroad soon, but still need a U.S. passport? Come to the UF International Center on February 22 ready to submit your application with UF Mail & Document Services, an official U.S. passport acceptor!

You will be able to either 1) learn more about what's needed for the process and pick up an application, or 2) submit an already complete application to the agent. If the latter, please adhere to this list of required documentation you MUST bring with you: 

• Application for U.S. Passport (Form DS-11)
  *must be completed in black ink, with no mistakes or corrections*
• Original or certified copy of U.S. Birth Certificate
  + an additional photocopy of this, front and back
• Florida Drivers License OR
  a Driver’s License from another state with additional FL identification (student ID, military ID, etc.)
  + an additional photocopy of this, front and back
• Printed Passport Photo (please adhere to these guidelines)
• Personal Check or Money Order, payable to the U.S. Department of State
  for $130 (6-8 week processing time), or $190 (2-3 week expedited processing time)
• Personal Check, payable to the University of Florida, or *exact* cash
  for $35 (processing fee)
