The Student Government International Affairs Team will be hosting an International Food Tabling Event as part of their celebration for International Education Week. This event will feature a diverse range of global menus from: the Middle East & North Africa, South Asia, China & East Asia, Sub-Saharan Africa and Latin America. Come and join this collaboration with The UF International Center.
Regional Menus to taste that day:
Middle East & North Africa: Tabbouleh and Falafel
South Asia: Chana Masala with Poori and Jasmine Rice
China & East Asia: Fried Rice and Sichuan Kung Pao Chicken
Sub-Saharan Africa: Puff-Puff and Jollof Rice
Latin America: Empanadas de Carne de Res and Mini Churros
