Paloma Rodriguez, Director of the Office of Global Learning (UFIC), Dr. Natalie Coers in the Department of Agricultural Education and Communication, and Dr. Ryan Good in the School of Natural Resources and Environment, attended the THE Global Sustainable Development Congress in Thuwal, Saudi Arabia, this past month. Delegates from higher education, governments, industry, and societal organizations from across the globe discussed how to meet the United Nations’ Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) by working collaboratively on solutions that have real impact.

She recently met with faculty from the College of Nursing and International Center at the Federal University of Goiás. Dr. Stacciarini also discussed formalizing a framework for collaboration known as a memorandum of understanding between the two universities.
