Sebastian Rodriguez, Sara Williams, and Yanina Morero attended the Empowering UF Change Agent Network kickoff event and are serving as UFIC Change Agents, helping keep our team informed and prepared for the upcoming Workday transition. During the kickoff, they heard from Empowering UF leaders and the Organizational Change Management Team about their roles in supporting this important initiative.
The Empowering UF Change Agent Network brings together UF employees from across colleges and units to champion the university’s transition to Workday in July 2027. Selected by college and unit leaders, these Change Agents will foster communication, gather feedback, build readiness, and support their colleagues throughout the transition.
Moving forward, the Change Agent Network will meet quarterly, receive dedicated toolkits and newsletters, and serve as key partners in helping UF prepare for Workday.
