The Department of Agricultural Education and Communication met with Nicole Fuls, Assistant Director of Faculty Engagement within Study Abroad Services at UFIC to learn about Study Abroad at UF. The informational session explained the role of Study Abroad Services (SAS), in supporting prospective and current study abroad students. During their time together, Fuls introduced faculty to ways they can get involved with SAS’s mission, such as ways in which they can help to promote these opportunities to students and of course, how they can get involved in developing their faculty-led programs or serve as an academic manager for exchanges.

Carrie Martins is the Coordinator of Faculty Development Initiatives in the UFIC Office of Global Learning. She helps support faculty in incorporating internationalization-at-home strategies into their courses.
