Dr. Muthusami Kumaran, Associate Professor of Nonprofit Management & Community Organizations, Department of Family, Youth & Community Sciences (FYCS), CALS/IFAS has just received a grant from the U. S. Embassy – Bishkek for a project to train NGO/nonprofit leaders in the Kyrgyz Republic, Central Asia.
During this six-month grant project, Dr. Kumaran will train 100 NGO leaders from the capital city of Bishkek and two other cities of Osh and Karakol across Kyrgyzstan to enhance their organizational management skills for resource mobilization and community relations.
